Terms & Conditions

Bueno Custom Furniture is primarily a one-man-band and all of our products are bespoke (made-to-order) and no stock is kept on hand without you ordering. Therefore each piece is built for you at the time of your order. Drew asks for your kind consideration if there are any challenges with your order and he prides himself of top notch communication throughout the building process. Below are some terms and conditions for your consideration:

  1. FURITURE COLLECTION ORDERS:

  1. DIRECT CONTACT IS REQUIRED - Upon receiving your furniture order through online checkout you will be contacted immediately by Drew to confirm any details about your new piece. Once contact has been made and details are confirmed, your estimated project completion time will be confirmed.

Drew will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled within the estimated timeline outlined on the product page. If you don’t like the available options, you can delay your order until your desired species is available or if your would like to cancel your order, a refund will be issued.
